At Quarks Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Footwear

  Place the unworn shoes in their original brand box and secure them inside a shipping mailer or outer cardboard box to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no old labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
